RETURN POLICY
While we're confident that you'll love PLMI products, we understand that things don't always work out! In an effort to support our customers, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased on our website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
